Itinerary

9:30AM: Pick up at hotel in Santiago

12:00PM: Viu Manent LUJO Wine Tour and Tasting
– Enjoy a horse-drawn carriage through the vineyard Viu’s beautiful estate
– End the tour with a guided tasting of 5 wines: 3 Single Vineyard wines, the acclaimed El Incidente and Viu Infinito

2:00PM: Lunch at Fuegos de Apalta (Montes Winery)
– World-renowned chef, Francis Mallmann, brings his signature open-fire cooking to life using fresh, seasonal ingredients—all set against a stunning vineyard backdrop.

4:30PM: Neyen Premium Wine Tasting
– Considered the oldest winery in the Apalta valley, enjoy 2 glasses of Neyen’s signature blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère made from vines planted as early as 1889.

5:30PM: Depart Colchagua
