9:30AM: Pick up at hotel in Santiago
12:00PM: Viu Manent Private ICON Wine Tour and Tasting
— Enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyard
— Includes a guided tasting of 5 wines: 3 Single Vineyard wines, the El Incidente and Viu 1.
2:30PM: Lunch at Fuegos de Apalta (Montes Winery)
— Dine at the famed restaurant of celebrity chef Francis Mallmann, where open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and stunning vineyard views create an unforgettable culinary moment.

4:30PM: Montes Alpha Legacy Wine Tasting
— A guided vertical tasting of 3 Alpha wines: 2 vertical + the current harvest.
5:30PM: Depart Santa Cruz
