ITINERARY:

10:00AM: Pick-up at hotel/ lodging (Santa Cruz)

10:30AM: Clos Apalta (Private Wine Tour & Tasting)
— A private 90-minute tour through the 7-story gravity-flow winery, family cellar, and vineyard
— Visit ends with a guided tasting of 4 wines: Prelude 2022, Le Petit Clos 2021, Clos Apalta 2021 & Clos Apalta 2012.

1:00PM: Lunch at Fuegos de Apalta (Montes Vineyard)
— Francis Mallmann’s signature fire-cooked meats, fish, and seasonal produce set in Montes stunning vineyard.
— 3 course lunch with wine pairing (select from a la carte menu)

3:30PM: Montes (ICON Wine Tour & Tasting)
— Explore the vineyard views, barrel room with Gregorian chant, and taste Montes Alpha M, Montes Folly, Purple Angel, and Montes Alpha.

5:30PM: Return to hotel/ lodging (Santa Cruz)
