Casa Colchagua

Casa Colchagua Restaurant opened their doors in December 2014 by owner and chef Giovanna Vanni, who was the head chef at Restaurant Vino Bello which just around the corner. Casa Colchagua offers traditional Chilean fare with a touch of gourmet.

The restaurant is located within walking distance of Hotel Terra Viña and the Hotel Vendimia Parador.

Both indoor and outdoor seating is available to guests.

Hours of Operation:

Lunch: Tuesday to Saturday 12:30PM – 3:30PM
Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday 7:30PM – 11:00PM
Sundays 12:30PM – 3:30PM
Mondays Closed
