ITINERARY
10:00AM: Pick-up at hotel in Santa Cruz
10:30AM: Clos Apalta Private Wine Tour and Tasting
— A private 90-minute tour through the 7-story gravity-flow winery, family cellar, and vineyard
— Visit ends with a guided tasting of 4 wines: Prelude 2022, Le Petit Clos 2021, Clos Apalta 2021 & Clos Apalta 2012.
1:00PM: Lunch at Fuegos de Apalta (Montes Vineyard)
— Francis Mallmann’s signature fire-cooked meats, fish, and seasonal produce set in Montes stunning vineyard.
— 3 course lunch with wine pairing (select from a la carte menu)
3:30PM: Montes ICON Wine Tour and Tasting
— Explore the vineyard, barrel room with Gregorian chant followed by a guided tasting of 4 wines, 2 Montes Alpha, 1 Outer Limits & 1 Icon
5:30PM: Return to hotel in Santa Cruz
